Upper Waterline: I meant to use Black but instead I saw that I used Jordana's 12 Hour Charcoal Definition
Lower Waterline: Jordana EasyLiner for Eyes Retractable Pencil in Blue Devine (for a little Pop of Blue)
I extended the blue waterline color from the water onto the inner corner in a sort of straight way. This elongated the eye a bit.
