Today I went for a little funky, dark purple look with thicker eyeliner and a bold lip. Hold on to your hats, there is a lot of Mary Kay involved as well as the new MK@Play line! I'll also show you the brushes I use for Bronzing vs Contouring. Here we go:

Bronzer: Mary Kay Bronzing Powder in Light-Medium for Bronzing & Contouring. Here't the difference: Bronzing adds color to your face and is soft. You can use it to give yourself a sun-kissed glow or add a little more color when your foundation is too light, etc. Contouring is a bit "sharper" -though you do want to blend the lines out and not look like you were just drawing straight lines on your face- and can be used to make your face appear thinner, nose shorter or longer, forehead smaller, etc. The possibilities are endless! The brush I typically use for bronzing (which I use on the contour points as well) is the Real Techniques Buffing Brush and the little brush I like to use for contouring is the Mary Kay Compact Powder Brush. (I also use the Real Techniques Contour Brush for both purposes on occasion.)
RT Buffing Brush & MK Compact Powder Brush

Lipgloss: MK@Play Jelly Lipgloss in Berry Me (These last FOREVER)
Bonus Jonas!!

This is one of my favorite makeup looks lately. I absolutely love green eyeshadow anyway, but the way its blends so well with the Sienna crease color just makes it pop and subtle all at the same time! I use corals and nudes throughout the rest of the look with a strong brown. Here's how I do it!
Foundation & Primers:
Mary Kay Foundation Primer and Mary Kay Eye Primer
Mary Kay TimeWise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation in Ivory 7
Mary Kay Liquid Illuminater in Shade 1 (discontinued, but there are lots of dupes on the market)
Eyes
Base: I put my foundation all over my lids to even out the skin tone before beginning. Then I used Maybelline Color Tattoo in a Seafoam Green (It was limited Edition last year and the name has come off-Sorry!! I'll put in a picture!)
Lid: Cover Girl Shadow Pot in 325 (It's a turquoisey-green color-why don't they name these with color names??)
Crease: Mary Kay Mineral Eyeshadow in Sienna (Get this while you can!! It will be phasing out beginning 5/16/2014. It is similar to Saddle by Mac but SO much less expensive).
Outer V: I usually use Mary Kay's Mineral Eyeshadow in Granite which is a Gray, but I totally spaced today and didn't do that. Just an FYI :-)
Highlight
Under Brow & Inner Corner: Mary Kay Mineral Eyeshadow in Honey Spice (this is an absolute MUST HAVE! It is one of my favorites!)
