Funky Purple

Today I went for a little funky, dark purple look with thicker eyeliner and a bold lip. Hold on to your hats, there is a lot of Mary Kay involved as well as the new MK@Play line! I'll also show you the brushes I use for Bronzing vs Contouring. Here we go:
 Foundation & Primers:
Mary Kay Foundation Primer and Mary Kay Eye Primer
Mary Kay TimeWise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation in Ivory 7
Mary Kay Liquid Illuminater in Shade 1 (discontinued, but there are lots of dupes on the market)

Eyes
Base: Mary Kay Cream Eyecolor in Beach Blonde
Lid:  Mary Kay Cream Eyecolor in Violet Storm
Mary Kay Mineral Eyeshadow in Sweet Plum
Center of Lid Only: Mary Kay Mineral Eyeshadow in Shimmering Lilac
Crease: Dark Color from the MK@Play On The Horizon Pallet
Highlight Under Brow & Inner Corner: Light Color from the same pallet
Bottom Lid: The same Dark color from the pallet that we used in the crease

Eyeliners
Upper Lid: Maybelline EyeStudio Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black (Here's a tip: After using your Gel Eyeliner, clean your eyeliner brush with Eye Makeup Remover)
Upper Waterline: Mary Kay Eyeliner in Black
Lower Waterline: Outer Third is Mary Kay Eyeliner in Black, Inner Third is Jordana 12 Hour Made to Last Gel Eyeliner Pencil in Purple Fix
My bottom lids are tattooed Black.
Mascara: #1 Mary Kay Lash Love in I love black #2 Jordana Best Lash Extreme Volumizing Mascara

Cheeks
Bronzer: Mary Kay Bronzing Powder in Light-Medium for Bronzing & Contouring. Here't the difference: Bronzing adds color to your face and is soft. You can use it to give yourself a sun-kissed glow or add a little more color when your foundation is too light, etc. Contouring is a bit "sharper" -though you do want to blend the lines out and not look like you were just drawing straight lines on your face- and can be used to make your face appear thinner, nose shorter or longer, forehead smaller, etc. The possibilities are endless! The brush I typically use for bronzing (which I use on the contour points as well) is the Real Techniques Buffing Brush and the little brush I like to use for contouring is the Mary Kay Compact Powder Brush. (I also use the Real Techniques Contour Brush for both purposes on occasion.)
RT Buffing Brush & MK Compact Powder Brush

Blush: Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Color in Bold Berry
Highlight: Mary Lou Manizer by the Balm

Lips
Liner: Mary Kay Lip Liner in Plum (my favorite Plum Lipliner)
Lipstick: Mary Kay True Dimensions Lipstick in Mystic Plum (If you haven't tried these, do yourself a favor and get one!! I have quite a collection and 2 more ordered and on the way!)
Lipgloss: MK@Play Jelly Lipgloss in Berry Me (These last FOREVER)

Bonus Jonas!!
