Summer Sunset at the Beach

Let's have some fun with color today!! I was inspired by Stephanie of SMLXO on YouTube. I made a few changes, but the heart of the look is the so similar. I call it by Summer Sunset at the Beach!! Enjoy!!

Foundation & Primers:
Mary Kay Foundation Primer and Mary Kay Eye Primer
Mary Kay TimeWise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation in Beige 2
Mary Kay Concealer in Yellow for trouble and dark spots
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in Very Fair/Light for brightening

The Colors in the electronic media (picture) are not true to color so I'll describe them a bit here.
#1 is a true bright, matte orange. #2 is a Bright, Neon Pink. #3 is a deep, bright, matte purple #4 is a matte, cobalt blue, #5 is a soft, matte peach (think a light Peach Smoothie by MUG), #6 is a shimmer champagne type color (similar in color to Honey Spice by MK)

Eyes
Base: Jordana 12 Hour Jumbo Eye Shadow Pencil in Eternal White (A white base will make vibrant colors more intense. I used this all over from lid to brow.)
Crease: First I took Mary Kay's Siena which is a soft, warm brown and buffed that all in the crease. Then I blended into that with the orange #1. Then I took the Pink #2 and buffed that into the crease as well but concentrated in more on the outer crease and even brought it slightly into the outer V.
Outer V: See note above
Crease: I packed on the Purple #3.
I then went back and forth blended out any edges and added back any intensity I may have lost in the blending process, then I blended some more. I especially went back and forth with the Pink & Purple.
Inner Corner: For the inner corners of the upper and lower lids I used the cobalt blue # 4. This just added a little extra pop.
Transition Color: To blend the extreme colors on my lid from crease to brow, I used #5 which is the soft, peach color. I did this so it wouldn't be such a stark, abrupt change from bright sunset to shimmering hightlight. I've gotten where I just love to use a color like this to transition my looks in this way.
Highlight Under Brow & Inner Corner: The Shimmer Champagne Color, #6
Bottom Lid: All across, Purple #3, On the outer end over the purple I used the Pink #2, and in the inner third I used the Cobalt Blue #4

Eyeliners
Upper Lid: Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black
Upper Waterline: Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eye liner Pencil in Black
Lower Waterline: Rimmel Scandaleyes yada yada yada Eye liner Pencil in 008 Light Blue
My bottom lids are tattooed Black.
Mascara: Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara in Black

Cheeks
Bronzer: First I used the Mary Kay Bronzing Powder in Light-Medium (my favorite!) and then I lightly dusted not in the hollows of the cheek but just above with Betty Lou Manizer by the Balm
Blush: Milani Luminoso
Highlight: Mary Lou Manizer by the Balm

Lips
Liner: Rimmel Lip Liner in East End Snob
Lipstick: I mixed 2 because I wanted more of a pinky nude. I didn't want my lips to disappear but I also didn't want them to compete with these eyeballs!
First I used Loreal Color Riche Lipstick in 560 Saucy Mauve
Then I used the NYX Butter Lipstick in Lollies

Lipgloss: Mary Kay NouriShine Plus Lipgloss in Au Naturel

Hope you enjoyed this look! Remember if you recreate it to hashtag #natslife on your social media!!
Have a great day, Gorgeous!!
