Blue Devine

Today I'm doing a look where the bottom lid and inner corners are the color focus.
This is a great technique for those of you who have "hooded" eyes or not a lot of
eyelid real estate but like to play with color.

Bottom Lid: Midnight Star by MK as well as a base of Jordana's Easyliner Blue Devine

Eyeliners
Upper lid: Coal Eyeshadow by Mary Kay in the outer third
Upper Waterline: LA Girl Semi Permanent Autoliner in Black
Lower Waterline: Jordana Easyliner in Blue Devine
My bottom lids are tattooed Black, but I went over them with Blue Devin from Jordana as well
