The "Sunday of Summer" Look

I wanted to do a light and spring-ish look since Summer is almost over. Taking advantage of summer's bright and fun colors I put together this simple look which very easily adds a pop to almost any eye color. The "secret weapon" so to speak is the Light Blue eyeliner by Rimmel. I used it "thickly" along the lash line then went over the lash line with a thin black liquid eyeliner to make it pop even more.
