Upper Lid: Started with Wet n Wild Proline Felt Tip Eyeliner in Black BUT IT DRIED UP ON ME!!

Tapped it out and finished up with Cover Girl Intensify Me Intense Black liquid liner (this has a flat-ish paddle tip)
