Everyday Makeup for the Everyday Human || Makeup for Beginners (video)

Hello, Everyone!
Thank you stopping my blog today! This video is all about makeup education and teaching you step by step how to do each of the different products that make up a simple makeup routine. Please Subscribe so you won’t miss out on my future Makeup For Beginners posts. I’ll be rolling out videos on individual steps and processes in October 2017. This is will be awesome for you if you are just starting out in makeup but it is also great for seasoned beauty gurus. It’s great to get a refresher on the basics and also check out other techniques. I’m a beauty and beauty business educator and I’m so glad you’re here to step up your makeup game! Please let me know if you have any questions or if you have any video requests.

For products I used in the video and the links to My Favorite YouTuber (Jamie Paige), open up the video in YouTube and all of it is in the description box.

Products I recommend:
(These are all my personal opinions and recommendations.)

Primer: Angel Veil by NYX (all skin types)
Mary Kay Foundation Primer with SPF 15 (all skin types)

Foundation/CC/BB Cream: Maybelline Fit Me (they have a formula for both oily and dry skin types)
Garnier BB Cream (once again, they have a formula for both oily and dry skin types)
Loreal True Match (they have the original for combo/oily skin and the Lumi formula for dry skin)
Mary Kay TimeWise Foundation (there is a formula for oily and dry skin as well)
Mary Kay CC Cream with SPF (this is for all skin types but I feel you may have excess oil build up if you were significantly oily. Typical oily skin will be ok)

Concealer: Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer
Mary Kay Perfecting Concealer
Mary Kay Undereye Corrector
Tarte Shape Tape (high end)

Blush: Wet n Wild Color Icon Blushes
Milani Baked Blushes (satin or shimmer)
Milani Powder Blushes (satin or matte)

Bronzer:
Rimmel Bronzing Powder
NYC Face Bronzer

Highlight:
Revlon Highlighting Palettes
Maybelline Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter in Molten Gold

You can get an all in one—Blush, Bronzer, and Highlight in the
Maybelline Master Contour Face Contouring Kit

Mascara: Cover Girl “The Super Sizer”
Cover Girl “Clump Crusher”

Eyeliner: Rimmel Scandaleyes
L’oread Silkissime

Lipliner: Rimmel
Maybelline
Lipstick: Maybelline
Rimmel
NYX

Lipgloss: NYX Butter Gloss
Revlon Colorburst

Brows: Maybelline Brow Definer
L’Oreal Brow Stylist
Milani  Clear Brow Gel
Mary Kay Clear Brow Gel
Eyelure Eyebrow Kit (Ulta)
ELF Eyebrow kit

Eyeshadow: Cover Girl shadows are great.
Wet n Wild shadows are beautiful and blend well. However, be sure
You grab a matte shade to go with them. The trios tend to be shimmery.
They do have a large palette now that looks like a good blend of colors and finishes.
I recommend the Milani Bella Eyes individual shadows as well.
I honestly feel like the best eyeshadows are going to be high end. My favorite
Palette of all time is the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette which you can find
At Ulta and Sephora.
But you can find some great affordable eyeshadows at the drugstore. Sometimes
It’s just trial and error.
