Minimal Makeup

Even on days when you aren't in the mood to get all dolled up it's important to put a little something on your face to protect it. The five steps of skin care are cleanse, exfoliate, tone, moisturize, and protect. The protection step is taken care of by your foundation, tinted moisturizer, or BB/CC Cream. They act as a barrier between your skin and the environment around you. They help keep things like dust, dirt, and other free radicals from contacting your skin directly. Products with SPF add a little extra protection from the sun as well. Here is my current routine for when I'm wanting to stick to minimal makeup for the day. It take about a minute and a half! It's very quick and easy. Enjoy!

Foundation: Mary Kay Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15 in Ivory 1
(Options: BB or CC Creams)
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 20 Sand
Mary Kay Pressed Powder in Beige 1

Quick Brows using the E.L.F. Brow Kit in Medium

Eye:
Milani Brow & Eye Highlighter in Shade 1
Shimmer side under brow & inner corner
Matte side on lid then blended in my finger

Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara in Black

Cheeks:
Mary Kay Bronzer in Desert Sun (shimmer) on cheeks
Mary Kay Bronzer in Sandstone (matte) on contour areas.

(These products are no longer made but may still be available.
Alternatives are the Mary Kay Bronzing Powder in Light-Medium (matte)
Betty Lou Manizer by the Balm (shimmer)

Almay Lip Balm in Cantaloupe

(Alternatives would be a lipgloss like the Mary Kay NouriShine Plus Lipglosses, NYX Butter Glosses, or  Maybelline Baby Lips)
